Careers
Grow with us at Rockwell
We are a growing primary care practice in Brooklyn and Astoria, and we are always glad to meet people who want to do this work well. Even when we do not have a specific role posted, we like to know who is out there.
Who We Are
A primary care home, built by a close team
Rockwell Health Center is a comprehensive primary care practice with two neighborhood offices. Our providers and staff work as one coordinated team, with our patients at the center of everything we do.
-
A primary care home
We are where our patients start and stay for their care, from routine visits to the specialties that support them.
-
Two neighborhoods, one team
Our Brooklyn and Astoria offices share one connected approach, so patients and staff feel part of the same practice.
-
Comprehensive, under one roof
Primary care sits alongside a range of specialties, so colleagues collaborate closely rather than in silos.
The Roles We Grow
The kinds of people we love to meet
As a growing multi-specialty practice, these are the areas we tend to add to over time. Think of this as where good people fit at Rockwell, rather than a list of open positions.
-
Primary care
Physicians who want to know their patients and lead their care over the long term.
-
Nursing, APRNs, and PAs
Clinical team members who keep visits running well and keep care connected.
-
Behavioral health
Clinicians who help us care for the whole person, not just the chart.
-
Front office and patient experience
The welcoming faces and steady hands who make a visit feel easy.
-
Care coordination
People who make sure nothing falls between the cracks across a patient's care.
This is not a list of current openings. It is simply where a practice like ours tends to grow, and the kind of experience we are always glad to hear about.
How We Work
What the work looks like here
Good primary care is a team sport. We grow deliberately, and we hire people who want to know their patients.
Day to day, that means working shoulder to shoulder with colleagues across primary care and our specialties, under one roof and one shared record. It means care that is coordinated rather than handed off, and a practice small enough that your work is seen and your patients are known.
We add to the team thoughtfully, as our two neighborhoods grow. If that is the kind of place you want to work, we would like to hear from you.
Interested? Introduce yourself
Even without a listed opening, we would love to know you. Tell us a little about yourself and the work you do, and we will keep your introduction on file.
